In the Spring of 2002, we made the decision to have Steve Tilton build our home on Callawassie Island. It was a good decision. The Tilton Group guided us through the many decisions we had to make, offering advice which came from experience, expertise and a very good understanding of what makes a “Lowcountry Home”.

In the Spring of 2008, we found ourselves about to build another home. We were so pleased with the process and experience when building the first home, that we only considered having Steve Tilton build it. Again, a very good decision. If possible, building the second home was an even better experience. The quality of construction, the attention to every detail and the commitment that all aspects of our home would be of the highest quality was evident from the very beginning. We never had to ask a question twice and were constantly impressed with both the process and the unfailing commitment to every detail.

The building experience we have had with The Tilton Group is one which I could not recommend more highly.
