Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installation of production equipment within the plant's machinery fleet. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical drawings and schematics, and install and service these components. Perform maintenance and repairs to the building and facility systems. Modify and upgrade existing production equipment to improve performance and reliability. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot production equipment issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
