Fitter-Assembler

Under the supervision of the evening shift supervisor, the Fitter-Assembler is responsible for adjusting production machinery and providing support to production and machine maintenance activities.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Adjusting and setting up production machinery for operators.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of machine setups.
  • Supplying production machines with raw materials.
  • Providing support to the production team.
  • Assisting the maintenance technician during equipment repairs or breakdowns.
  • Ensuring the plant remains clean and safe.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Previous manufacturing plant experience is an asset.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset.

  • Versatile, resourceful, and well-organized.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly.
  • Good physical condition.
