Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the procurement of raw materials to meet production requirements.
• Manage supplier purchase orders, perform required follow-ups, and maintain up-to-date pricing lists.
• Coordinate carriers and monitor deliveries, pickups, and import activities.
• Process purchasing, receiving, shipping, and invoicing transactions within the ERP system.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, perform inventory controls, and analyze variances.
• Prepare and manage logistics and customs documentation when required.
• Handle supplier non-conformances, product returns, and associated corrective actions.
• Work closely with various departments to support operations and improve supply chain efficiency.

We would like to meet you if you have:

• A college diploma (DEC) or relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with an ERP system (Epicor is an asset).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage priorities.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
