Lead Operator (day and evening shifts)

our main responsibilities will be:

  • Supply production lines with raw materials;
  • Prepare and change raw materials on production equipment;
  • Submit supply and adjustment requests to the appropriate teams;
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times;
  • Support and replace production operators on the line as needed;
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Production Manager.

  • Good physical fitness (ability to lift approximately 50 lbs);
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve;
  • A good understanding of production processes;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
  • Forklift operator training/certification;
  • A desire for a fast-paced, hands-on work environment;
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
